LICHFIELD

We recently completed the purchase of this office building which we already have Prior Approval to convert into 14 one bed apartments, with a planning application submitted to add a new floor and build above the single storeys at each end for a further 10 one and two bed apartments, shown in the CGI image adjacent.  The aim is to convert an ugly building and make it highly attractive to first time buyers, with the use of 'Help to Buy’.

The building is in the beautiful cathedral city of Lichfield, within 200m of the shops, train station and bus routes.  The fast train to London is only 1 hour 20 minutes and the local train to Birmingham is 30 minutes, while Cannock Chase and the Peak District are within a short drive.  The apartments will be  completed in a contemporary style, with the use of modern fixtures, including underfloor heating and wifi throughout. We plan to start development work in early 2019 once planning has been approved.

 

PORTSMOUTH (PO12)

Our latest project was the purchase of a 19th century property that required Planning to extend the ground and first floors, while extensively renovating the property to make it fit for the 21st century.  
The house was converted from 3 bedrooms to 6 large, en-suite bedrooms in a shared house of local professionals, with a brand new kitchen. 

All rooms were completed in a contemporary style, with the use of modern fixtures, including underfloor heating and wifi throughout.

 
 
 
 
 

PORTSMOUTH (PO2)

The conversion of a mid-terrace townhouse from 3 bedrooms to a licenced shared house of 7 bedrooms (4 with en-suites) for young professionals. 

The house was completely refurbished, including use of the loft space, once planning permission was agreed.  Contemporary features were used throughout.

 

 

WIMBLEDON

A family home in a leafy area of Wimbledon near the Common and Richmond Park. The 4 bedroom property had not been modernised in over 50 years, with heating in only a couple of rooms.  With the benefit of Planning, the property was extensively extended on both the ground and first floors, with a large master en-suite bedroom plus dressing room in the expanded loft area. The property was completely modernised utilising up-to-date features including underfloor heating on the ground floor, megaflow hot water and heating, interlinked stereo throughout and an ultra-modern kitchen, to create a large, contemporary and open plan area downstairs plus 4 large bedrooms on the upper floors with a family bathroom. On refinancing, the property realised an uplift of 50% against all costs.
